Have an urgent question?

During your trip, you’ll receive a specific emergency number from the local tour leader. In addition, you can call our main office line from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM (GMT+1). Frequently Asked Questions

How much can we leave for?
Canada Nomads has been specially designed for groups of 2 people.

Want to travel with more than 2 people? That's possible, but you'll need to form several small groups. Each group must register separately and will be assigned its own vehicle.

Feel free to contact us in advance to check availability.
How does the payment work?
Within 5 days of your registration, you will need to pay a 35% deposit to confirm your trip. After that, you have until 45 days before departure to modify your options and pay the balance. If you change your options, the total amount will be recalculated automatically. If you did not choose damage coverage, you will also need to pay a deposit before departure (more info in the insurance section). There are different payment options. Did your payment fail? It’s probably due to an error when entering the reference number or exceeding your account limit.

What about accommodations in Vancouver?
The accommodations for the first night (day 1) and the last night (day 12) in Vancouver are not included in the base price. You have 2 options:
  • Add our accommodation option when booking: we’ve selected a comfortable and well-located hotel for these two nights.

This flexibility allows you to choose the type of accommodation that suits you best to start and end your Canadian adventure.
What does the road trip itinerary contain?
The travel booklet contains all the necessary information for a successful visit to Canada. The complete itinerary is mapped out. You will pass through the most famous spots in Western Canada, but we will also guide you to hidden, lesser-known places that aren’t yet on most travel guides' maps. We offer you stops, but of course, you will have the choice to stop or not along the way, as well as to add extra elements to those we suggest. The travel booklet also includes a series of unique addresses where you can grab a drink or a meal in the evening.
